Ubisoft – “Forward” Event this Saturday with New “Assasin’s Creed” game, etc. – Thoughts?
It's probably a good time to buy in on this one, no? Ubisoft had a significant dip this week from about $45 a share to $35 a share. Ubisoft will be having their annual "Forward" event this Saturday where they will be promoting the new "Assassin's Creed" game along with some other items. The stock was valued at $60 at this time a year ago. Buying in at $35 or so this week and then letting the promotional event run through the weekend with such a massively popular videogame series could lead to a nice gain at opening on Monday morning. They also have some additional cashflow from Tencent now in China (not that anyone puts that much trust in anything coming out of China). Futhermore, this company has been around for now for, what, 30+ years. What do you all think? I'm curious. I see a possible 10% – 15%+ gain from now until opening on Monday. Or am I wrong?
