Trying to diversify my portfolio from a dollar

In my portfolio I have primarily US value/dividend companies, would buying something like Toyota or ZIM diversify it from dollar? What would be a good strategy nowadays? The reason I am asking is inflation is on the rise and I doubt FEDs can do a thing about it. We owe about 29 trillion dollars and borrow more to service our debt – kind of like pay minimum payment for credit card with another credit card so if FEDs would really bump up interest rates, US would not be able to serve it’s debt and I think this is the last thing JP is going for. But ether way if inflation go wild, would investors try to get rid of their dollars? And if it’s value goes down I would like Japanese or Swiss or Israeli companies as part on my portfolio
