The Bubble’s Going to Pop Soon
The real question is which one first:
1) Supply Chain Bubble making production of goods near impossible and getting dire. Lack of chips, energy and materials, transportation delays, worker shortage all coming to a head.
2) Global financial deleveraging initiated by China's real estate debt crisis. This isn't one or two companies. This was policy and business strategy across the country. Repercussions will be massive.
3) Money printing bubble…inflation and supply chain issues will weigh heavy on equity earnings. Are assets overvalued beyond reason due to the money printing? Will inflation reach hyperinflation or possibly a deflationary spiral at any taming of the printing presses.
Which bubble do you pick or do you have another idea?
