Stock price exceed strike price before options is filled? via /r/RobinHood

So I purchased an options contract with the strike price at $4. The order didn't fill and now the stock is at $4.17. Will I ever get this call if the price drops or is it a lost cause. Im pretty new to this and I believe I have a small understanding of this but just not sure exactly the process of filling an order. It went from Queued then placed after being at queued for a few hours and now just sits at Placed. Any information on it would help alot thanks, always willing to learn.
