Help a retard please! I'm about to buy some OTM Rolls Royce call options at LSE. Namely 5 options with a limit price of 10p. Given that at based on my best knowledge at LSE one option represents 1k shares, I'd expect the trade price to be 500 GBP plus commissions. At the same time when I'm looking at the order preview, it's showing 1,311 GBP plus commissions. What am I missing…?
