Pfizer CEO sell 62% of his stock day of vaccine announcement

I'm having a difficult time wrapping my head around this, and am seeking your guy's advice. Why would $PFE CEO Albert Bourla sell 62% of his ownership in the company, especially given that it has basically been empirically proven that his stonk will be going up? Do you think he is buying $5mm in $MRNA 125 1/15/2021 calls?
