People keep taking about a recession coming, but how long will it last?

I’m an undergraduate student in college hoping to go into IB, but I’m starting to get worried that job opportunities may be limited due to impending financial crisis. I’ll be graduating around December 2024. Do you guys think the recession will be over by then? Also how do y’all think this will impact investment banks and hiring opportunities? Thanks!
