ONCT – continue riding the wave?

This stock has gone up 300% in less than a week. I got in a about three weeks ago on a tip from a friend because of their extraordinarily high efficacy rates (88%) and since buying it at $1.50 I'm at $4.82 right now.

Has anybody heard of this stock, and should I get out or keep riding?
