Is it possible to approach a bank to underwrite credit swaps betting on Elon Musk’s failure?

I think Elon Musk's career success has peaked. I see his graph go nowhere but down from here on. Can I convince a bank to underwrite credit swaps on Elon Musk such that I will get paid big if his net worth falls or at least doesn't increase in the next 5 years?
