I want to short Zinc. How do I go about this?

Zinc is worth, like, a penny. US currency is losing value. Thus zinc is losing value. Inflation. Heard of it? If you expect the USD to continue to lose buying power, short zinc. You'll make like 100 pennies out of every dollar. However, Wendy's Baconators have gone up in price. Invest in Baconators. Put them in the freezer. Wait 2 years. They'll be worth twice as much in 2 years. But, if I short the zinc in a penny, I won't have to pay for electricity for the freezer. Also, the commodities market is much more fluid than the freezer-burned Baconator market, in the parking lot of my local Food Lion.

PLZ advise.
