I will leave out the name of the ticker. More interested in how is this possible.

How does a company have:

  • 268% institutional ownership
  • Cost to borrow average of 815%
  • short interest of 102%
  • FTD’s that hit more than the float.

Asking for my wife’s boyfriend because he makes me rent DVD’s from this vending machine company.
