$DOCU takeover πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€

It seems like this kind of went under the radar on Friday and no one is talking about it, but $DOCU spiked 6%~ on the possibility of it being bought out.

$DOCU, along with other growth stocks, has been getting dumpstered due to macro factors, and many large tech giants ($CRM, $ORCL, $MSFT) are looking to acquire niche companies like $DOCU in this bleeding market.

Recently, $DOCU's CEO has stepped down and with the chairman stepping in as the interim CEO, it seems to be a prime buyout target for many of the big tech giants looking to assimilate. Out of fear and uncertainty, the board will most likely vote in favor of the takeover.

$DOCU has over 1 billion customers world wide, and are still continuing to grow. New law firms and physician offices that recently started up have been transitioning to paperless transactions to support their business activities through the mass utilization of $DOCU. $DOCU currently holds 45% of worlds e-signing market share and still growing. They have been setting record revenues YoY but with EPS misses once every 3 yrs or so. I can confidently say, it's one of the best growth companies out there with a solid foundation.

The e-signing market is really dominated by 2 companies: $DOCU and $ADBE and I have high hopes of these takeover chatter coming to fruition. My buyout target is $80~$90 pps.

Position: $DOCU 65c 07/08, will rollover weeklies upon exp.
