Do Not Use E-Trade – Fake Technical Outages

From 9:30 to 9:32am – I was not able to sell any $BABA calls, and then at 9:33 it magically starts working again costing me thousands. They said they are going through technical difficulties, this is completely bullshit. Is there any way that I can fight this?
