Average VIX in 2022 is 5th highest in the history

VIX was created in 1990. Highest average level of VIX was observed in year 2008 following by the financial crisis and housing bubble. ( 32.70 )

2022 : this value is 26.30 this scares me, as this is 5th largest average value of VIX annually.
